We are the forth class of the cooking and catering high school in Châtillon (AO), and this year we decided to challenge us with a new experience, the simulation of a mockbusiness.

In collaboration with the Vermouth professor, Fulvio Piccinino, and the young pastry chef, Andrea Vicenzi, we designed some products than enhance Aosta Valley flavors.
